Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our customers, guiding them through our offerings and ensuring a smooth experience. Your work will have a direct impact on our overall success and growth. We're seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills to fill the Customer Service Associate role. Your job is to connect with potential customers, gain insight into their needs, and demonstrate how our clients' solutions can address their specific challenges.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

In this position, you'll drive revenue by pinpointing, engaging, and developing leads through targeted marketing efforts.

  • Use your charismatic personality and communication skills to present our client's products and services directly to prospective customers
  • Promote and effectively communicate the value of our client's products and services to build trust and brand loyalty while driving sales revenue
  • Assist individuals in navigating the enrollment process, providing clear and accurate information throughout the entirety of the process
  • Professionally address any customer inquiries or concerns, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales and enrollment targets
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing & sales team to stay current on industry trends, company products, services, and policies, and improve strategies

Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate: 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-2 years of proven success in sales, marketing, or delivering exceptional customer service
  • Adaptability and self-motivation with a results-oriented mindset are essential to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven industry
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and client support
  • Project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
