About the Program
Join NewYork-Presbyterian’s Human Resources team for a dynamic summer internship experience! This program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to HR projects, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and projects
Assist with data analysis and reporting
Conduct research to support HR programs and decision-making
Create presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable undergraduate sophomores and juniors from diverse academic backgrounds who are eager to:
Learn and contribute to HR operations
Demonstrate flexibility in work assignments
Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills
Required Criteria
Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Program as a rising sophomore or junior
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and communication skills
This opportunity will report onsite to our Midtown Location in New York City.
