Spring Semester Finance Intern

Internship Opportunity: Financial Advisory Practice Support

This role provides exposure to both business management and client service, enabling the advisor to focus on client acquisition and relationship building.

Role Overview

As an intern, you will assist in daily business operations and contribute to projects that enhance practice efficiency and client engagement. Responsibilities may include:

Business Management Support

  • Schedule and prepare agendas and forms for client appointments
  • Attend client meetings and assist with follow-up actions
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with the home office
  • Maintain and update the client management system
  • Assess the practice’s online and local presence; recommend improvements
  • Coordinate marketing events and campaigns

Client Care

  • Welcome clients and ensure a positive experience
  • Conduct appointment reminders and follow-up calls
  • Prepare client communications and correspondence for advisor review
  • Document client interactions accurately

Education & Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled college student (Sophomore or Junior preferred)
