Jump Rope Trainer

This job is a part-time, at-will independent contractor position responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate Jump Rope practices. The role includes teaching proper techniques, leading conditioning exercises, and fostering teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship in a safe and inclusive environment. Trainers must supervise students closely, uphold safety guidelines, and maintain positive communication with school staff, parents, and program coordinators. Additional duties include supporting performances and special events. Continued engagement requires maintaining CPR/First Aid certification and passing required background checks. The position does not offer benefits, and trainers are responsible for their own taxes and insurance. Misconduct or failure to meet expectations may result in separation from the company.

Preferred applicants must have reliable transportation and access to a personal vehicle to ensure timely arrival at program sites.
