Interventionist

Scope of Position

  • The Interventionist provides targeted academic support in literacy and math through data analysis and MTSS-aligned instruction.

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Orton-Gillingham training (literacy and math)
  • Teaching experience preferred

Responsibiliites

  • Provide intervention and remediation to identified students
  • Analyze student data to develop targeted lessons
  • Progress monitor student growth
  • Administer and support diagnostic assessments
  • Utilize varied instructional strategies to advance learning
