Position Summary

As an Outreach Associate, you’ll help power the campaign’s direct voter engagement by building real relationships across the district. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, showing up in the community, and helping shape a campaign that’s visible, trusted, and responsive to voters’ needs.

What You’ll Do

• Connect directly with voters through canvassing, phone/text outreach, and community engagement

• Help coordinate meetings and touchpoints with local organizations, neighborhood groups, and community leaders

• Listen, gather feedback, and share key insights with the field team to help refine outreach strategy

• Support campaign events by assisting with attendance, volunteer coordination, and grassroots efforts

• Represent the campaign professionally at community gatherings and public functions
