Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Position
Building Blocks Pediatrics is seeking dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Full-time positions open at our Buckhead and East Cobb (Marietta) clinics. About the Role
Our Occupational Therapists provide individualized, child-centered care to support the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional independence. Therapists work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to help children reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to support developmental and functional skills
- Collaborate with Speech and Physical Therapists for holistic care
- Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate families on therapy goals and home programs
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric occupational therapy
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of Georgia
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Passion for working with children and families
