Miracle-Ear HR Internship Summer 2026

The Human Resources Internship position is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide you with hands on experience that aligns with your interests and skillsets. Throughout your internship you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that directly impact the business. In addition, you will gain exposure to our senior leadership and participate in different social activities with other interns and team members.

The Human Resources Internship position is the perfect opportunity to Amp up your career if you have a mind for such as but not limited to recruitment, market research, standardization of HR processes, and gain exposure to Human Resources People Partners…

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting with HR department projects and conducting market research
  • Support new HR initiatives through creating new documents or organizing files
  • Working closely with People Partners to optimize and streamline current and future business processes for maximum efficiency

Required Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior graduation date between May/June 2026 – 2028
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, such as but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to conduct research into laws and regulations
  • Analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Problem-solving abilities; ability to make decisions using good judgment
  • Attention to Detail: Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
  • Interpersonal Communication: Skilled in developing effective rapport with co-workers and third-party partners, actively listening to develop a positive connection

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience

Working model and hours: Our internship runs for 10 weeks and interns will be expected to be present full-time in our Waco, Texas office. Interns work about 40 hours per week Monday through Friday.
