Our clinic blends advanced manual therapy, strength and movement training, and data-driven performance methods. We work with high-profile athletes as well as everyday clients who want to move better, feel stronger, and age well.
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, motivated Social Media Manager to help bring the Age Lab brand to life online. This role is ideal for a college student or early-career creative looking to build experience in health, fitness, sports performance, and content marketing.
You will be responsible for planning, creating, and posting engaging social media content that reflects our mission, educates our audience, and highlights real stories from our clinic.
This role requires weekly in-person content capture at our Newport Beach clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Capture short-form video and photo content in-clinic (1 day/week)
Film therapists, athletes, exercises, treatments, and client testimonials
Create engaging Reels, TikToks, and Stories
Edit content for clarity, pacing, and brand consistency
Social Media Management
Manage and post content on Instagram (primary), TikTok, and Facebook
Write captions that connect with athletes, active adults, and pain sufferers
Maintain a consistent posting schedule
Respond to comments and basic DMs (as directed)
Brand Storytelling
Translate Age Lab’s mission, values, and results into compelling content
Highlight real client journeys, progress, and outcomes
Communicate trust, credibility, and professionalism while staying relatable
Collaboration
Work closely with the clinic owner and therapists to identify content ideas
Interview therapists and (approved) clients to extract meaningful stories
Adapt content based on performance and feedback
