Position Summary

The Business Development & Sales Support Associate will play a key role in supporting both the sales and marketing functions within our organization. This position focuses on customer support, market research, data analytics, and business growth initiatives, helping drive Accurate Bushing Co.’s continued success in the industrial and manufacturing markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical sales support, data-driven decision making, and customer-facing communication, while learning the inner workings of a respected manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales team with marketing & sales corporate programs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Support the Business Development process through lead generation, prospect follow-ups, and CRM management.
  • Maintain and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and pricing reports to support strategic initiatives. Produce & distribute customer price lists annually.
  • Assist with social media accounts, maintaining company website accuracy and SEO status.
  • Collaborate with Customers, Representatives, & Regional Managers on promotional campaigns, trade show coordination, and marketing materials.
  • Partner with Upper Management to gather and summarize customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Prepare presentations, product literature, training documents and internal reports for management and customers.

Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc); experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset and desire to learn.
  • Interest in manufacturing, mechanical components, or industrial markets is a plus.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to (15) pounds at times
