Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards that promote active learning and critical analysis of texts.
- Deliver engaging instruction in reading, writing, grammar, and literary analysis tailored to diverse student needs.
- Incorporate innovative learning technologies and instructional design principles to enhance classroom experiences.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparation.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment conducive to student success.
Skills
- Expertise in lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for diverse learners.
- Experience with literacy education, creative writing, and standardized testing strategies.
- Familiarity with learning technology tools and educational software and programs to enrich instruction.
- Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills necessary for classroom management and collaboration.
- Background in private school experience is preferred
Pay: $38,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
