Registered Behavior Technician
We’re not your average ABA company, we’re a powerhouse of passionate professionals who bring decades of combined experience, a whole lot of heart, and a deep commitment to honoring every child’s unique brilliance. With backgrounds in education, behavior science, psychology, and play (yes, we take fun seriously!), our team is united by one mission: to support kids in becoming the very best version of themselves, exactly as they are.
We believe in neurodiversity-affirming practices that go beyond checklists and protocols. We advocate for inclusion, model respect for all forms of communication and expression, and celebrate the amazing spectrum of human minds. Whether we’re working on daily routines, social-emotional skills, or just sharing laughs during a game, we always center joy, choice, and connection.
Our approach is rooted in collaboration, with families, schools, and most importantly, with the kids themselves. We don’t “fix” children. We uplift them, spotlight their strengths, and empower their voices.
Because when we see the whole child, we unlock their whole world.
