IT Infrastructure Manager

  • IT Infrastructure Manager/Director: Focuses directly on the day-to-day and strategic management of hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all technology infrastructure teams (Systems, Networking, storage, security, desktop support, data center) as well as back office and trading operations.
  • Hands-on assistance with systems, networking, back office, and trading operations.
  • Clearing firm and Exchange relationship management and administration.
  • Collaborate with trading and software development teams to design, develop, and maintain trading solutions.
  • Assist in the oversight of regulatory compliance including FINRA Consolidated Audit Trail.
  • Strategic planning to align company objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

 

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant hands-on industry experience.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls, Cisco, Arista, Fortinet).
  • Proficiency with the Linux operating system.
  • Shell scripting, python, SQL, powershell

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
