Manager, Inpatient Pharmacist

Lead the systems that keep inpatient care safe and compliant.

Strong Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Medication Utilization & Inventory Compliance Manager to oversee medication inventory, controlled substances, and distribution operations across our inpatient pharmacy. This is a critical, patient-facing leadership role with direct impact on medication safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

What we’re looking for

PharmD or BS in Pharmacy

NYS Pharmacist License (or eligibility)

5+ years acute care experience or residency training (PGY1/PGY2 pathways accepted)

Strong background in inventory management, compliance, and pharmacy operations

Location: Strong Memorial Hospital
Schedule: Full-time, Day shift
