Onsite Event Staff

Get Plated LLC is seeking professional, reliable, and service-oriented Onsite Event Staff to support weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and private functions. Positions include Servers and Bartenders.  

 

General Responsibilities (All Roles) 

 

Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to event guests 

Assist with event setup, service execution, and breakdown 

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas 

Follow food safety, alcohol service, and venue guidelines 

Communicate effectively with team and event leadership 

Represent the company with professionalism, poise, and a positive attitude 

 

Server Responsibilities 

Set tables, serve plated meals, buffet service, and passed hors d’oeuvres 

Clear tables and reset event space as needed 

Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the event 

Support bartenders and captains as needed  

 

Server Qualifications 

Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred 

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs 

Strong customer service and teamwork skills 

 

Bartender Responsibilities 

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently 

Verify IDs and follow responsible alcohol service practices 

Maintain a clean and organized bar area 

Manage bar inventory during the event and communicate supply needs 

 

Bartender Qualifications 

Prior bartending experience required 

Must be at least 21 years old  

Knowledge of basic drink and cocktails preparation 

Mixologist licensed individuals encouraged to apply 

TIPS or equivalent alcohol certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) 

Have reliable transportation to event locations 

Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays 

Always display a professional appearance and demeanor
