Junior Associate, Entry-Level Analyst

Junior Associate / Entry-Level Analyst

Accion Group
Concord, New Hampshire | Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

About Accion Group

Accion Group is a boutique consulting firm and specialized software provider with a national footprint, serving Fortune 500 electric utilities, regulators, and government entities. For more than 25 years, we have supported transparent, fair, and regulator-approved power procurement processes by providing custom software and serving as Independent Monitors and Independent Evaluators.

Our work spans the full spectrum of power generation; renewable resources, conventional thermal generation, and nuclear power. Accion Group monitored the procurement of the largest nuclear power station in the United States and currently assists the State of New Hampshire in overseeing the Seabrook Nuclear Power Station decommissioning trust fund.

As electricity demand accelerates, driven in part by AI and data-center load growth, utilities across the country are issuing an unprecedented number of competitive procurements. Accion Group plays a critical role in ensuring these processes meet regulatory expectations, protect ratepayers, and deliver reliable power at the lowest reasonable cost.

We are a small, family-owned firm based in Concord, NH with team members in four states and clients nation-wide. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team.
