About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Online Influencer Recruiter to identify and engage with social media influencers who align with our brand’s values and campaign goals. You will be responsible for sourcing talent across multiple digital platforms, negotiating partnerships, and building strong, lasting relationships with content creators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Twitch.
- Research and evaluate influencers based on demographics, engagement metrics, audience authenticity, and content quality.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential influencer partners.
- Manage communication between influencers and the brand, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, contracts, and reporting.
- Track performance analytics of influencer campaigns and report key outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging influencers, and new social media platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align influencer strategy with broader brand objectives.
