Make a Difference in Students’ Lives

We are seeking a Student Support Aide to join our high school team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a hands-on, student-focused role supporting learning, behavior, and overall school success in a collaborative educational environment.

This position is ideal for individuals interested in education, psychology, social work, counseling, or human services, or for anyone who enjoys working directly with students and making a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

Support students during the school day in classrooms and other learning environments

Assist with student supervision (classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, study hall, etc.)

Reinforce positive behavior expectations and help students stay engaged

Communicate effectively with teachers and school staff regarding student needs

Provide discreet, respectful assistance to students as needed

Assignments may vary based on daily school needs.
