Marketing Internship for a NY Real Estate Brokerage Company
Brax Realty is a boutique New York City–based commercial real estate brokerage specializing in the sale of investment properties and development sites throughout NYC. We work directly with property owners, investors, and developers on high-profile, high-value transactions—and we’re looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real-world exposure to branding, content creation, and digital marketing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in creating marketing content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
- Support brand storytelling through short-form copy, captions, and market insights
- Research and draft NYC real estate facts, trends, and neighborhood highlights
- Assist with website updates, CRM organization, and lead-generation initiatives
- Work closely with senior brokers on live listings and active deals
What We’re Looking For
- Current college student or recent graduate (marketing, communications, business, real estate, or related field)
- Strong writing skills with an eye for branding and tone
- Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram & LinkedIn a must)
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Interest in real estate, investing, or entrepreneurship a plus
