Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Innovative Triangle Therapies is growing, and we’re looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about neurodiversity-affirming, child-led practice to join our team. 

Innovative Triangle Therapies is a speech-therapist–owned and operated practice, led by a currently practicing SLP. Our clinical model, caseload expectations, and supports are built by someone who truly understands the day-to-day realities of pediatric therapy. 

About the Role

This position is community-based, serving children and families in:  

  • Homes
  • Daycares
  • Private schools

Primary service areas include Durham and Chapel Hill, with the option to add nearby Triangle locations based on interest and availability. 

What We’re Looking For

Required: 

  • Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care 
  • Strong alignment with child-led, relationship-based therapy 
  • Experience or strong interest in early childhood and pediatric populations 
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Speech-Language Pathologist in NC 
  • Values collaboration, autonomy, and family-centered care 

Preferred (but not required): 

  • Experience with AAC (high-tech and/or low-tech) 
  • Knowledge of or experience with Gestalt Language Processing 
  • Comfort supporting autistic children and children with a wide range of complex communication profiles

  • Innovative Triangle Therapies is responsible for obtaining referrals (including physician offices, CDSA Early Intervention, and word-of-mouth) and for promoting therapist services, so clinicians can focus on therapy rather than marketing or self-referral.
