Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Special Education Administrator, you will serve as a vital resource for our school community by:
- Direct Support: Providing consultation and services to students, staff, and parents to navigate behavioral challenges effectively.
- Strategy & Design: Developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral assessments and data-driven intervention plans.
- Community Connection: Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student and family care.
Qualifications
- Certification: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in behavior analysis (school-based experience is a plus).
- Education: Master’s degree in a related field.
- Mindset: A positive, solution-oriented approach to student success and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.
