What You’ll Do

  • Athlete-Focused Wealth Coaching: Partner directly with collegiate and former athletes to define their financial goals and craft customized investment strategies.
  • Financial Literacy Leadership: Deliver impactful financial education, empowering clients to make confident, long-term decisions.
  • Client Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting clients through career transitions and major life milestones.
  • Industry Mastery: Stay ahead of market trends and financial regulations to deliver competitive, best-in-class guidance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Driven & Empathetic Communicators: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect and build trust.
  • Passion for Athletics: Experience as a college athlete or a deep passion for helping student-athletes succeed.
  • Financial Aptitude: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred (not required).
  • Licensing (Plus, Not Required): Active Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses or financial industry experience are a strong advantage.
  • Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
