Title: Quality Data Analyst
Location: On-site at Concord, NC
Duration: 7 Months
Description:
- Support for analyzing the capability of processes and activities (tracking, performance standards, conformity, and compliance).
- Work closely with project managers to gather and analyze attribute and process statistical data.
- Work closely with the project administrator, confirming conformance and compliance with respect to the predefined internal client format.
- Document and track deviations from standard setups, root cause, corrective action plan, and closure.
- Capture and publish action items and meeting minutes from run to standard governance meeting; support document audits and updates and writing of new documents as necessary.
Education
- 2+ year college, associate degree, or 4-year degree highly preferred, science side preferred because of the data knowledge asking for.
Experience
- Someone who can be directed to support the work that PQMs might be able to utilize. e.g, reports needed that data collection steps are done.
- Access to ETQ Doc and CAPA - computer skills
- Manual activities- going to different departments like shipping and collecting info on type, ability to communicate
- Tech skills- including tech writing.
- Does not need supervisor oversight, will ask questions, but does not need to be hand-held to get it done.
- Don't just go do things wrong; a person is able to check in and communicate.
- General computer skills with Word and Excel.
- Anyone with Power BI is highly preferred.
- Data skills- analysis skills preferred.
- Tech-savvy- troubleshooting
- Outlook and other computer things are natural for them
- Not a desk job only.
- Need personal skills to communicate with many different functions.
- Strong on this side.
- Interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
