CoBE Advising Office Assistant - Summer 2026 - Work Study or Regular Pay
Job description:
The Office Assistant will provide support to the College of Business and Economics Advising and Career Services. This position will serve as the front-line customer service representative and will have duties that include greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, receiving incoming calls, answering general questions, providing campus referrals, maintaining student academic records, and performing other duties as assigned by the College of Business and Economics Advising and Career Services staff.
Full-time and Part-time (minimum of 20 hours per week) opportunities are available during the summer. Employment can continue into the academic year.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work with individuals from a diverse spectrum of cultural, economic, ethnic, and regional backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle questions and complexities as they arise
- Skills in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Outlook, MS Excel, and WebEx
Pay: $13/hour
Start Date: May 18, 2026
