Sensory-Motor Coach

Role Description

Brain Balance of Wayne, PA is hiring a part-time Sensory-Motor/Cognitive Coach to join our team .

As a coach, you’ll:

✅ Guide children and teens through structured sensory-motor and cognitive activities

✅ Encourage and support students to build confidence, focus, and new skills

✅ Monitor, track, and document student progress, adapting activities as needed

✅ Collaborate with teammates to deliver fun, engaging, and effective sessions

Schedule:

📅 Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

🕐 Sessions run from 3 pm – 7:00 PM

 

Qualifications

✔️ Experience working with children in coaching, educational, or therapeutic settings

✔️ Experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and/or learning differences

✔️ Strong behavior management skills

✔️ Eagerness and ability to learn quickly

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families

✔️ Ability to monitor progress, document outcomes, and adapt exercises to individual needs

✔️ Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential

✔️ Creative thinker who can keep sessions engaging and fun

✔️ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
