Client Care Coordinator
We are hiring! Family Therapy Group of Weston is looking for a part-time Client Care Coordinator (25 hours/week) to join our growing and supportive team.
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for both new and established clients. This role plays an important part in helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and informed throughout their care. You will communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person, and work closely with our clinical team to ensure a smooth and positive experience from initial contact through ongoing care.
This position involves a variety of daily responsibilities in an office setting, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation for our team of clinicians. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.
What You Will Do
Receive and respond to new client referrals and assist with scheduling appointments in a timely manner
Accurately enter and maintain client information in our Electronic Health Records and Customer Relationship Management systems
Communicate with clients about what to expect prior to their first appointment, including required documentation
Thoughtfully match clients with clinicians based on areas of specialization and client needs
Follow up with clients after their second appointment to ensure satisfaction and appropriate placement
What We Are Looking For
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Experience in customer service, healthcare, or a mental health setting is a plus
Warm, welcoming personality with strong phone and email communication skills
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards in a healthcare setting
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret basic data
