Position Summary

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and professional individuals to join our Banquet Staff team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our events run smoothly and guests receive top-quality service. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality. No prior experience is required — training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event requirements
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before, during, and after events
• Work collaboratively with the banquet captain, catering team, and kitchen staff
• Provide excellent customer service and anticipate guest needs
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, punctual, and well-groomed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible schedule — must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Prior banquet or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
