Hours: May start as part-time with potential to move to full-time position.
Are you passionate about creating a safe, joyful, and engaging environment for children? We’re looking for a caring, dependable Assistant Group Supervisor (Teacher) or Classroom Aide to join our growing childcare team!
What You’ll Do:
- Support the daily care, safety, and supervision of children ages 6 weeks–12 years
- Help implement fun, age-appropriate activities
- Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow staff
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow all center policies and licensing regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)
- At least 2 years (2,500+ documented hours) experience working with children (for AGS)
- A love for helping kids learn, grow, and explore
- Reliability, professionalism, and great communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centered environment
