Programs Sales & Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time, contracted)

SeniorU is a small and adaptable organization that partners with community groups, libraries, senior living organizations, and businesses to deliver engaging programs and professional services.

We’re looking for a part-time Programs Sales & Outreach Coordinator to help introduce organizations to SeniorU’s portfolio of offerings — including Therapy Gardens, SoupMaster, technology and professional services, and seasonal experiences. This role is focused on outreach and sales.

What you’ll do:

• Reach out to community organizations to introduce SeniorU programs, services, and products.
• Follow up on warm leads and inquiries
• Help match organizations with the right programs based on their needs
• Support scheduling and light sales conversations
• Track outreach and notes using simple tools (spreadsheet or basic CRM)

What we’re looking for:

• Comfortable communicating by email and phone
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow through
• Interest in community-based work, education, wellness, or outreach
• Sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required

Details:

• Part-time: approximately 5–10 hours per week to start, contracted
• Flexible schedule (some daytime availability helpful)
• Remote-friendly; candidates in the Greater Boston area are a plus
• Hourly pay with opportunity for performance-based bonuses
