Role Overview

As the AI & Automation Developer Intern, GTM Tech & Talent Systems, you’ll work directly with the Founder to build and optimize our internal technology stack. You will prototype and implement GTM workflows, AI agents, and automations to power Talent Intelligence, Revenue Operations, and Campaign Management.

This is a perfect opportunity for a tech-savvy, curious, and systems-oriented student eager to apply AI and automation in real business contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement tools like Clay, Zapier, Apollo, and Notion AI to streamline outreach, segmentation, and tracking
  • Build modular automations to connect LinkedIn, CRM, campaign tools, and internal databases
  • Support the development and iteration of AI agents used in sourcing, email drafting, market insights, and CRM upkeep
  • Contribute to the design of dashboards and lead lists to drive smarter GTM campaigns
  • Document workflows, tool integrations, and SOPs for internal use
  • Evaluate automation performance and continuously optimize based on feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • Final-year undergrad or enrolled in a Master’s program (Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Business + Tech)
  • Strong interest or hands-on experience with workflow tools (Make, Zapier, Airtable, Clay, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI agents, browser automations, APIs, or no-code platforms
  • Strong analytical thinking, systems mindset, and technical curiosity
  • Bonus: experience with outreach systems like Apollo, Instantly, or Sales Nav
  • Fluent in English; professional working proficiency in French preferred

  • You enjoy experimenting with AI tools and thinking creatively about automation
  • You are excited by the challenge of scaling workflows through smart, integrated systems
  • You’re comfortable learning independently, prototyping fast, and documenting as you go
