Accountant Controller
We are a large plumbing construction company based in Las Vegas, focused primarily on new system installations with minimal service or repair work. We are currently seeking a full-time Accountant/Controller.

Accounting/Controller Description of Duties
- Report directly to the President and Vice Presidents of Operations
- Perform bank reconciliations for Operating, Asset, and Management entities (three companies)
- Interface and coordination with external CPA
- Prepare and present financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and year-end), quarterly CPA review
- Oversee job costing and cost control
- Accounts Payable approval
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including billing in accordance with contractor draw schedules and AIA documentation
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings as required
- Process payroll for management employees
- Process payroll for salaried employees
- Perform quarterly material inventory reconciliations (average on-site inventory of approximately $750,000)
- Serve as Benefits Administrator, including general liability, workers’ compensation, health, and auto insurance annual quotes and year-end reconciliations
- Serve as ERP systems administrator
- Review and approval of Positive Pay transactions
- Maintain compliance with current federal, state, and local labor laws
- Ensure compliance with Certified Payroll and Prevailing Wage requirements
- Salary range: $95,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus a potential year-end bonus based on company and individual performance

- Experience with Trimble Spectrum ERP software or similar construction ERP systems is highly encouraged
