OBB Media Summer Internship

OBB Media Internship Program Summer 2026

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR: ORIGINAL. BIG. BOLD. 

OBB Media is hiring Summer 2026 Interns to work alongside our creative, production, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This 9-week immersive program on location in Los Angeles offers real-world experience with a leading next-gen entertainment studio that is driving pop culture through innovative storytelling across film, television, podcasts, branded content, live experiences, and more. Interns will rotate across key areas from ideation through distribution, covering creative development, production, post-production, marketing & promotion, social media, strategy, finance, and social impact, while learning how a modern media company operates end-to-end. We’re looking for motivated, curious undergrads who take initiative, love storytelling, and want a future in entertainment - whether creative, strategic, or behind the scenes. Beyond the work, interns participate in industry masterclasses, resume workshops, and networking meetups designed to help you build skills, connections, and confidence for what’s next. This isn’t busywork. It’s your entry point into entertainment.

We will begin accepting applications for Summer 2026 starting December 19th, 2026. The deadline for applications is January 26th, 2026. Our 2026 Summer Internship dates are June 1st - July 31st and will be conducted on site at our 15,000 sq. ft. studio in Hollywood, CA. The salary for this position is $18.30 per hour for 30 hours a week; applicants are responsible for their lodging and transportation in Los Angeles.

A 360 APPROACH TO EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
OBB’s internship program offers a holistic approach to learning by combining educational programs with mentorship opportunities across all of OBB’s businesses. With the desire to set our interns up for success, OBB embraces a mindful approach to job training by offering production experience, guest speaking engagements, networking and volunteer opportunities, resume workshops, and research projects.


RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY QUALITIES
OBB offers opportunities to learn about film, television, branded content, podcasts, intellectual property, social media, legal, PR, and more. This internship is for active learners who are interested in broadening their horizons and drawing upon their knowledge, expertise, and unique interests to learn new skills. Here are some qualities we look for:

Our internship offers access to many facets of the industry and a self-starter attitude helps interns set goals and find the right forms of guidance at OBB and beyond.

REQUIREMENTS

  • In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree at an accredited institution and eligible to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Available to be in-person in Hollywood, CA for the duration of the internship.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, Airtable, and Google Suite applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well within a cohort.
  • Open to new types of learning experiences.
  • Available to work ~30 hours a week; Monday through Friday from 11-5:30pm, including a 30-minute meal break (excluding the week of July 4th).
