Pharmacist - Anamosa, Iowa

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to lead daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standards of patient care in Anamosa or Dyersville, Iowa. The Pharmacist will manage clinical services and applicable supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Manage their day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory and workflow.
- Provide exceptional patient care through accurate dispensing, counselling, and medication
management.
- Mentor pharmacy technicians and other staff to maintain high service and safety standards.
- Implement quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
- Support business growth through effective management of pharmacy services, including immunisations
and clinical programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reporting.
- Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with company goals.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy

- Minimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred. We  welcome recent graduates to apply as well!

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Wage: $60-65 per hour
