Deck & Sauna Project Manager (Own the Production Pipeline)

$70,000–$90,000/year (DOE) | Full-time, year-round | Health insurance option | PTO

As the Project Manager, you’re the bridge between sales → production → customer. Your mission is simple: What was sold is exactly what gets built—on time, with quality, and with clear communication.

What You’ll Do

· Run projects from contract to completion across multiple jobs at once

· Coordinate schedules with foremen/crew leads and keep production moving

· Order materials, plan ahead, and eliminate jobsite bottlenecks

· Manage timelines, subcontractors, and jobsite readiness

· Communicate clearly with customers when needed (expectations, updates, changes)

· Update office team on billing, schedules, and production status

· Spot problems early and solve them before they become delays

What You Need

· Experience managing construction projects + crews

· Strong organization: schedules, checklists, sequencing, priorities

· Great communicator—field, office, customers

· Calm problem-solver who stays ahead of issues

· Deck/carpentry knowledge strongly preferred (you’ll earn instant respect)
