Website Management and Social Media Assistant
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM.
Lotus Psychiatry and Wellness is seeking a motivated student to support our website management and social media presence across our Boca Raton and Coral Springs locations. This role is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, healthcare communication, or creative content development.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency
- Assist with SEO tasks including keyword updates and performance checks
- Create and schedule social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Monitor engagement and analytics to support growth strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to develop campaigns that highlight services, patient education, and community outreach
Qualifications
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Basic experience with website platforms (WordPress preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with social media tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling apps
- Interest in mental health and wellness
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
