The Meadows Club is a private swim and tennis club which has 315 family memberships with an outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and a clubhouse. We have year-round tennis programs for adult and junior players. Our outdoor pool features a robust swim team, a diving well, and a fantastic pool deck that includes outdoor grills. 

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Swim Team Coaches to join our swim program. Coaches will lead an age group for the team in the pool, social team activities and swim meets. They will work with the Head Swim Coach to deliver high quality practices, ensure the swimmers are prepared for the meets and facilitate the swim team social activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a swim coach, competitive swimmer, the ability to engage with swimmers of all levels and ages, and experience providing private swim lessons.

The program offers competitive compensation commensurate with the experience of the candidate.

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 1 year coaching experience
• Strong ability to provide swim technique instruction
• Background with competitive swim programs
• Ability to lead morning and afternoon coaching practices and attend weekend meets during summer season
