The Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial intern to manage our digital presence and assist with the logistics of a growing e-commerce business. This is a "hands-on" role where you will directly impact the growth of the brand. You will be the voice of Mishmish on social media and the hands ensuring our beautiful products reach our customers safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Create visually stunning content (Reels, TikToks, Photos) showcasing our cushions, scarves, and bags. Tell the story of our Egyptian artisans and the quality of our materials.

• Community Engagement: Engage with followers, influencers, and design enthusiasts to grow our audience.

• Order Fulfillment: Manage the "white glove" packing and shipping process for online orders, ensuring every package feels like a gift.

• Campaign Strategy: Help brainstorm and launch marketing campaigns to drive sales for upcoming collections.

• A Storyteller: You understand how to market lifestyle, fashion, and culture.

• Visual Eye: You have a knack for aesthetics and know what looks good on an Instagram feed.

• Driven: You are self-motivated and eager to earn based on your performance.

• Reliable: You are organized and detail-oriented regarding inventory and shipping.

The "Partner" Package (Compensation & Benefits)

We treat our team like partners. While this position starts as a performance-based internship, we provide significant assets to ensure your success.

• Tech Package: Company Laptop and Smartphone provided.

• Connectivity: Unlimited internet and call plan included.

• Compensation: For the first 3 months,  Commission-Only role is negotiable. You will earn a competitive percentage  of every single sale you help generate.

• Career Path: After a successful 3-month review, this role transitions into a Full-Time position with a highly attractive fixed salary, plus bonuses.
