Core Responsibilities:

  • Front-line engagement with business clients, introducing and selling AT&T’s cutting-edge B2B telecom solutions.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations to prospective business customers to close new deals.
  • Manage a territory pipeline, driving new revenue through direct, customer-facing interactions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members on sales techniques and client acquisition strategies.
  • Support the operational flow of sales campaigns, ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client information using our CRM system.
  • Act as a professional liaison between Pac North Best, AT&T, and the local business community.
  • Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for market expansion initiatives.
     

What You Must Have:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you are a natural connector!
  • A student mentality with a proactive desire to learn sales, leadership, and B2B strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • A strong, resilient work ethic and a competitive spirit.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or sales) is a major plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Impeccable time management and organizational abilities.
