YouTube Video Creative Producer, Director
About The Take
The Take is a leading YouTube channel and media brand known for thoughtful, incisive analysis of film, television and culture. Our work combines rigorous thinking with clear storytelling and strong visual language.
We are hiring intelligent, creative and innovative people who want real responsibility and who care deeply about building something well. This role requires enthusiasm, maturity, organization and a willingness to use data, metrics and modern tools including AI to test ideas, iterate quickly and continuously improve.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry, resourceful and excited to build, not just execute. We’re looking for someone who understands that growth at The Take comes not just from what performs well on YouTube, but from staying true to the channel’s editorial voice, analytical standards and long-term vision.
The Role
You will own the full lifecycle of our YouTube videos, from idea to performance analysis. This is not a narrow editing job. You will be deeply involved in creative direction, storytelling, optimization and growth.
You should be equally comfortable shaping an idea, polishing a cut and digging into analytics to improve, refine and grow the channel.
Salary: $50,000
Performance Bonus: A quarterly bonus structure based on achieving Key Performance Indicators
