Each summer, Victory Junction recruits a diverse staff of exceptional individuals to form our seasonal summer staff. Take part in the magic of camp as we uphold our Core Values and give unforgettable camp experiences to amazing campers.
Cabin Counselors will serve as the primary role model for six to eight campers on a weekly basis during peer programming. In this role, you will assist campers with activities of daily living, provide support and encouragement at program areas, and ensure the health and safety of our campers.

Job Specifics
- Positions require on-site residence for the duration of summer.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years of age and a high school graduate. High school graduates must be 18 by the end of their senior year (May/June 2026) to be eligible.
- Contract dates span from late May to early August (some positions require additional training).
- Positions that require additional training is conducted onsite.
- Salaries start at 400$ per week.
