SENEDIA Defense Industry Internship & Direct Hire Opportunities

SENEDIA’s year-round program facilitates hands-on, paid internships for individuals entering the workforce and transitioning professionals exploring full-time employment. Funded by a Real Jobs RI grant, the program prepares and supports Rhode Island residents and students attending a Rhode Island college or university, connecting them with innovative defense-industry employers- from application through completion.

As part of SENEDIA’s workforce development initiatives, this program builds skills for in-demand roles in IT/cybersecurity, engineering, supply chain, technology, and business support. We place 30+ interns each year, and more than 90% secure employment after completing their internship.
