Inside Account Manager

Inside Account Manager (Sales) – Industrial & Warehouse Supplier 
 

Location: Columbus, OH – Onsite

We’re partnering with a leading industrial and warehouse supply company to identify a strong Inside Account Manager to support and collaborate closely with a Business Development Manager (BDM). This role plays a critical part in territory growth, pipeline development, and day-to-day sales execution.

What you’ll be doing:
Partner daily with an assigned BDM to manage and grow a defined territory
Drive appointment setting through consistent outbound activity (approx. 50 calls/day)
Keep the BDM’s calendar full and organized
Support CRM data entry (accounts, contacts, phone records)
Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)

What we’re looking for:
Confident, professional phone presence with the ability to handle objections
Strong written and verbal communication skills across email, phone, text, and in person
Comfortable working in a team-driven sales environment
Comfortable with daily outbound calling
