Duration: Contract on W2 Open ended 
Location: Georgetown, KY

We are seeking Robots programmer - We are seeking a candidate for an entry-level opportunity with our major automotive OEM client, Toyota, in Georgetown, KY. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in robot programming, specifically in the Paint department. This is a contract role on W2

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibility :

  • This person will be creating offline robot programs for download in a robotic production process.
  • Coordinate with Regional Paint Engineer study, conduct the trial, evaluate based on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
  • Supporting Paint DE group to robot processes.

  • This includes leading all meetings with related groups, document creation, and supporting the plants in the process.
  • Position will include travel to US, Mexico and Canada pending covid restrictions to support projects. Position will report to the Digital Engineering Manager.
  • Must be able to work with minimal direction and previous experience is a must.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Require: Programing paint robots offline programming software or equivalent .
  • Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
  • Experience with Digital Engineering

Additional related certifications

  • 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience Or 4 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
  • Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
