Client Sales Associate
Momentum Management Analytics is a sales and business consulting firm providing client development solutions through interpersonal sales and branding services. We are hiring a Client Sales Associate to represent the Frontier Communications brand in Meriden. This Client Sales Associate role involves executing a consultative sales strategy for the entire Frontiers suite, from high-performance internet bundles to premium entertainment and voice solutions, within our professional sales and business consulting framework.
As a Client Sales Associate, you will be empowered to manage a portfolio of prospective clients for Frontier. This Client Sales Associate role requires guiding customers through a structured discovery and education process, recommending optimal service combinations, and overseeing the administrative and technical coordination required for a flawless service activation.
Responsibilities of the Client Sales Associate:
- Promote telecommunications products and services through in-person sales and outreach, clearly detailing package features, service tiers, and long-term value.
- Conduct usage-based consultations to recommend tailored bundles that align with customer connectivity goals, budget, and territory-specific offerings.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from qualifying leads and coordinating enrollments to scheduling installations—ensuring smooth activation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records of customer interactions, service milestones, and account updates to support retention, reporting, and campaign tracking.
- Analyze customer feedback, conversion metrics, and outreach data to refine sales strategies, improve territory performance, and support campaign expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service challenges, streamline onboarding, and uphold Frontier’s standards for customer care and outreach excellence.
Client Sales Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
- Experience in sales, outreach, or client services—ideally within telecom, utilities, or subscription-based industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain service offerings clearly and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Proficient in internal systems and digital workflow tools, with a proven ability to manage account data, track service requests, and coordinate campaign tasks accurately.
- Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities, service timelines, and team activities with consistency and precision.
