Position Summary
Leads the campaign’s print communications operation, overseeing the planning, production, and distribution of all printed materials. Ensures that campaign literature, mail, and signage are accurate, on-brand, on-message, and delivered on time to support voter engagement and persuasion goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the development and production of all campaign print materials, including mail, literature, signage, and event collateral
• Supervise print designers and production staff, providing clear direction, timelines, and quality control
• Coordinate with Communications Director to ensure message alignment and brand consistency
• Work closely with Field and Digital teams to meet programmatic needs and deadlines
• Oversee relationships with printers, mail vendors, and fulfillment partners
• Manage print schedules, budgets, and vendor invoices
• Ensure all printed materials meet legal disclaimer and compliance requirements
• Review and proof all materials for accuracy before production
• Respond quickly to rapid-response or last-minute print needs
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Prior experience working on a political campaign, party committee, or political organization
• Demonstrated experience in print design, production, and file preparation
• Strong understanding of print specifications, timelines, and vendor processes
• Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with campaign messaging, approval processes, and communications workflows
• High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading or supervising creative or production teams
• Experience working with direct mail programs and voter targeting
• Knowledge of campaign finance and disclaimer requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure campaign environment
