Financial Analyst
Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Strategic Partnerships Group at Diamond. This position is ideal for someone looking for an exciting role which combines analysis, strategy and operations. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn and participate in Diamond’s training program and be exposed to many operational and financial disciplines within the Company. The role will involve direct interaction with executive level management, providing analysis, research, presentation development and project management support related to (i) enhancing our existing relationships, (ii) identifying opportunities to grow the value of our existing assets and (iii) identifying opportunities for new relationships and businesses across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the competitive dynamics around the wireless infrastructure assets or locations owned by Diamond and/or our relationships and summarize the information to strategically position these potential sites to the wireless carriers.
- Draft and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals that present growth opportunities for the company in a way which differentiates Diamond from competitors.
- Develop marketing and analytical presentations and financial models for both prospective and existing Strategic Partnerships relationships.
- Support activities related to potential acquisitions including specific location analysis, identifying future revenue growth opportunities and potential competitive threats.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Develop and support analytical reporting activities related to existing Strategic Partners.
- Report on the progress of various strategic initiatives to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (by date of hire).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including:
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- Word
