Hobby Box LLC is an e-commerce, live streaming juggernaut on platforms such as TikTok, Whatnot, Fanatics Live and eBay. Hobby Box LLC live streams auctions starting at $1 for sports-related products such as trading cards, clothing and memorabilia. In addition, we stream live auctions for womenswear and menswear. Since starting in 2020, we have opened three locations, a retail store in Brooklyn, NY as well as live streaming warehouses in Brooklyn, NY and Fort Lauderdale, FL. Hobby Box LLC has sold over 3 million items and amassed over 600K followers with a seller rating over 4.9/5. Lastly, Hobby Box LLC also hosts live signing events with current and former professional athletes.

Role Description:

This is an on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY for a sales support assistant (related to sports cards and sportswear). The assistant will be responsible for helping a live stream sales host with daily tasks such as:

  • Placing purchase order stickers on products such as sports cards or sportswear
  • Placing sports cards in protective sleeves
  • Making sure purchase order letters and numbers match the auction
  • Maintaining room cleanliness
  • Providing products for the live host to sell
  • Making sure there isn't a supply shortage 
  • Checking purchase order lots for the day

 

Our sales support assistants start at $18-$20 an hour. We have full-time (30+ hours) day, evening and night shifts available. We provide paid overtime as well as benefit options such as medical, dental and vision.

  • Knowledge of Sports (athletes, teams, logos, leagues) is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of streaming platforms is a plus.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
