About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer Intern to help build and maintain the web applications that power our franchise operations. You will work directly with our leadership and technical team to develop scalable solutions for booking, inventory management, and franchise administration.
This is a unique opportunity to gain "0-to-1" experience in building a franchising tech stack from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Front-End Development: Build and optimize responsive user interfaces for our customer booking portal and franchise dashboard using React.js.
Cloud Infrastructure: Assist in deploying and maintaining serverless applications and databases on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS).
Feature Implementation: Translate business requirements (e.g., appointment scheduling, automated notifications) into functional code.
Bug Fixing & Optimization: Troubleshoot issues and improve application performance for a seamless user experience.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in React.js (experience with Hooks, State Management, and API integration).
Experience with AWS (familiarity with deploying apps or using services like Api Gateway, EC2, or Lambda).
Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development standards.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Nice to Haves
Experience with Node.js/Express backend.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelinesÂ
Previous experience with booking systems or e-commerce platforms.
