Communications Associate

MCC seeks a detail-oriented and creative person to serve as the Communications Associate. This support role, with its diverse range of tasks, will aid the work of MCC Communications with a strong emphasis on event promotion, design, church and constituency relations support, internal communication and logistics. The position plays an essential role in inviting audiences to support MCC by praying, learning, giving, serving and advocating. A collaborative approach to this position is important, given the frequent need for teamwork within and outside of the department. The position is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent working in the MCC East Coast Office in Ephrata, PA and as needed for events and gatherings. The role will support MCC East Coast regional communications 75% of the time and MCC Great Lakes regional communications 25% of the time. The position will be supervised directly by the EC Communications Director and will be assigned tasks by the GL Communications Director while being immersed in the MCC U.S. Communicators Network.
