Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with infants, toddlers, and young children to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children and values collaboration with families and educators.

 

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for pediatric clients

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide one-on-one and/or small group therapy sessions

Support children with speech delays, language disorders, articulation, fluency, and early communication skills

Educate and coach parents/caregivers on strategies to support progress at home

Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports

Collaborate with other therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals

Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications & Requirements

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent

Current professional registration/licensure (as required by local regulations)

Experience working with infants and young children (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and child-focused approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
